Overview
Please note that all digital products are non-refundable upon purchase. Read the system requirements before purchasing. Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, no refunds will be issued. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact zack@infinitedigits.co for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
Digital Products Policy
One-Bit Delay is a digital product (VST3/AU plugin). As with all digital products, once your license key has been delivered via email, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
We encourage you to:
- Download and test the free version before purchasing a license
- Review the system requirements and feature list on our website
- Contact us at zack@infinitedigits.co if you have any pre-purchase questions
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with One-Bit Delay, we are committed to helping resolve them. Please contact us at zack@infinitedigits.co with:
- A description of the issue you're experiencing
- Your operating system and DAW information
- Any error messages or screenshots
We will work with you to resolve technical issues. Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund, but we are dedicated to ensuring the plugin works correctly for all users.
License Key Issues
If you did not receive your license key after purchase, or if your key is not working properly, please contact us immediately at zack@infinitedigits.co. We will resolve license key issues promptly at no additional charge.
